App drawer missing from LG

Is it true that the LG G6 has no app drawer? Why would that be? If it is true, is there a way around it? Apple has the same problem, doesn't it? Also, what kind of Otterbox would fit the G6? Is the G6 the same as the X Charge? I realize this is a lot of questions for one post, sorry.

I think there is a way of enabling it, but don't own one so can't say what. Of course you can always install a replacement launcher (Nova or one of the others, whichever you like best) and get the app drawer that way.

Recent android versions let you access the app drawer by swiping up from the dock, so no app drawer button is needed. Have you tried that?

The only real problem is I don't want the apps all over the screen when I'm not using them. I want to "tidy up" the situation if I can. I know Nova's great and I would like to have it but I have a limited amount of usable space.

Thanks, I took care of the app drawer problem. I don't know why they wouldn't just do that anyway. At least it's an easy fix.

I have been having a problem where my phone the LG g6 won't let me access the app drawer. It's been a problem for the last 48 hours. Normally I can swipe up and I have access to all my apps. The problem started as I said 48 hours ago. I went to open an app and when I went to open the app drawer nothing happened! I kept swiping and swiping turned the phone different directions and swipe, nothing worked. I finally press on the home button and the recently used app drawer appeared (I have nova launcher installed) I would find apps by searching for them. After an hour of doing it this way I went into settings, selected display unchecked nova launcher as my home screen, choose something else for the home screen (easy home) hit the home button and I had my app drawer back. However later I couldn't access the app drawer with home screen option either. So I went back in and selected nova launcher as the home screen launcher choice.
But then it stopped allowing me to access apps so I am having to bounce back and forth between nova, easy home, home and home and app drawer for my display screen. I am so sick and tired of this piece of garbage phone
