App for adding emergency info on lock screen

Hello folks,

Just came across this article on CNet. Wonder if anyone knows Android equivalent.

As I understand, some of the Samsung phones can do this natively. Other phones would need an app.
Some old threads link an app called as Lock 2.0 but can't find it in Play Store.

If your lockscreen allows you to put widgets on it then it's easy to put emergency information on via a text widget.

If it doesn't, try WidgetLocker from the Play Store.

(my lockscreen has my email address on it, but for obvious reasons not the GMail I used for the phone)
