i was just wondering, i have a rooted droid, running 2.1 v.7 BB, is there any app for apps to SD, or anything like that, ?

There's no app. You need a script, or set of scripts. You also have to partition your SD card (which means formatting it). Look into whether the ROM you're running supports apps2sd.
Keep an eye on Koush's cyanogen ROM's. They are working on implementing apps2sd built into the ROM. Version 5.0.4.3 has it listed in their application menu but it is unselectable at the moment.
