Help App for automatic photo sync

I own a Note 3, Note 4, and a Note Pro 12.2

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to take a photo on one device and automatically sync across my other devices. I have my photos organized in albums on all my devices and I was hoping this app would keep the albums synced as well.

I'm new to this community so I apologize if there is a current thread on this topic. I did a search but didn't see anything. Thanks so much for any help you can give me.

You can use FolderSync with most cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox and several others for that. It will do automatic immediate upload of photos so you always have backups and never seed to worry about losing them. And it will synchronize everything between devices to the folders of your choice.
