App for call diversion?

Hi All,

I have an android phone I use for both work and home, and wanted to know if there was an app available that could divert select contacts to another number after hours?

For example, I have a contacts 'Group' called work, then my friends are not part of any group. What I would like is between the hours of 9am - 6pm all calls come to my mobile, but in the hours of 6pm - 9am all calls from the 'Work' group (and also numbers not in my contacts) are diverted to another number.

Is this possible, or is there a similar solution readily available?

It won't allow "group" diversion, but if you don't find anything else, here's a way to at least forward calls under various scenarios. No app needed - just set the desired codes as speed-dials.
