App for full backup of Droid X

I owned an iPhone and as much as I hated iTunes, it was great for backing up the phone if I wanted to upgrade to a new phone.

I'm not interested in rooting my phone to do a complete backup of contacts, apps, phone settings (arrangement of icons etc.), ring tone selections yada yada. Does anyone know of any piece of software that will do everything? I have no desire to backup media because that's on the SD card. I just don't want to setup everything from scratch again.

I figured Motorola would have something similar to iTunes to handle all that, but maybe not.

Yeah, I had a complete backup on my old Treo 700p, and it was a bit of a shock to see what Android has for backups (hint: not much for the non-rooters). My Backup and Sprite are the ones that come to mind, but I believe the most you can get out of them are backing up things like texts, or settings within (some?) apps. The reason for this is that Android is written with a "sandbox" philosphy in mind, which prevents a misbehaving application from crashing the whole system and you get a "force close" instead. One of the drawbacks to this idea is backups, as they aren't allowed access to the info in most other applications. That's why the best backup (Titanium) is only allowed on rooted phones, as it is allowed to over ride that safety restriction.
