Hello, I'm new to the Droid community (just got my first Droid a month ago) I had a some great apps loaded, one of which was a message alert app that looked exactly like the stock green little rectangle guy that comes standard but when I had any message (text or voicemail) a little red circle would appear on it with how many message I had waiting in addition to the alert in the small bar on top. Well as luck would have it I had a defective phone and Verizon suggested I take it back and get a brand new phone which I did Sunday. I wrote all my apps down so I could reinstall them and everything went fine but that app. I can't find it even though Messaging Widgets" is what it was called and while I loaded that, it won't alert me anymore and I've tried everything I can think of with no luck. Any suggestions or apps you use? My goal is to have something pop up every time I get any message - not just that tiny M that appears on the top bar. Yes, it vibrates and plays the notificiation I have set but if I'm away from my phone a few minutes I miss that and want something that I'm quick to see. Any suggestions, I'm about ready to tear my hair out. Thanks.
