APP for recording a sound, then play it back in a continous play

I posted this somewhere else on the forum (first time on here and not used to this style of forum), so apologies for that.

I am hoping somebody knows of an app that will be able to record a sound, that I can then play back continuously. This is for a "white noise" generator for when I am sleeping.
