APP for scrolling web pages w/air browse

Hi guys,

I have the Samsung s5 [Verizon] and it has Motions & Gestures with Air Browse which only works with certain phone features [emails, gallery etc.] But NOT web pages. Would be nice if I could just wave my hand over the page instead of using it to touch the screen and scroll. Cuzz, sometimes [often] I hit a link and I'm gone! Oh Foowee!

So, does anyone know of an app that will scroll web pages and even my contacts page and other "lists?" But also, one that you have used and trust. Lottsa free stuff out there that is malware.
