App for separate notification sounds for Each SMS sender/contact?

i'm aware that there is a way to assign a different ringtone for each contact- but is there a similar SMS app/way to configure your Android to make a distinct notification sound for each SMS message (based on the sender's name/number)?

I want each SMS sender to have an individual notification tone when the sms arrives. (or basically i need just one of them to have a distinct notification as opposed to all of the rest).

I use gosms it will do this but u may wanna get ringtone editor also to trim mp3 to reasonable notification length
Sorry u may also need ring edit to save the mp3 to the notifications sound menu

to answer my own question, (I got a response on my droid incredible forum also)- I installed Handcent, and it works great for this also.

I may try GOSMS as well and compare. thanks for the quick feedback.
