App for turning android phone into USB keyboard

So I've been searching all through the Internet to find an app that could turn android phone into USB keyboard but so far I have found only apps that use wifi & bluetooth, but my computer doesn't have wifi/bluetooth.
So is there a way to do it using USB cable?
Preferably without installing anything on PC

So you want to use a touch-screen keyboard on the phone and use it with a PC via USB? I'm pretty sure an app for that doesn't exist, or if it would even be possible to do that. And I think something like that would require an appropriate HID(Human Interface Device) driver be made as well and installed on the PC.

I've seen a TONS and TONS of apps that do it via wifi and bluetooth and allso few people have done it by modifiying android kernel, so it is plausible.

You can buy those tiny USB dongles that give bluetooth/WiFi capabilities to a computer. Or you can try USB tethering. USB tethering doesn't work for my app though
