Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there an app that allows me to look at my vehicles info in real time? Almost like a vehicle diagnostic. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Torque in the Android market does a great job for OBDII vehicles (1996 and newer). You just need to get a Bluetooth OBDII dongle. I found mine on eBay.
Just beware of the cheaper Bluetooth ones from China. They seem to have a problem with Fords. Mine can't talk to my car, but it's just fine with my wife's Fiat.
I have also read comments on the Chinese dongles not working with Fords. However, I scanned a 1999 Ford F-150 the other day with no issues. That doesn't mean it is OK for all Fords, but I have had great success with mine.
