App for Wakeup Calls or Message Delivery

I am requesting a helpful app to perform services like WakeUp calls or delivery of messages on a schedule. This would be similar to the service provided by Wakerupper.com and could also be similar to the service provided by some carriers to deliver messages to land lines from cell phone users sending texts. This would use text to voice or could use the voice recognition feature of the Android phone to set up the message.

If there is already something that can do this, forgive me, just direct me to the correct app.
