Hi everyone, I recently published CritDice, a free dice roller app for Android 4.1 and later. CritDice can be used for D&D and many other games where dice are rolled. It helps keep games moving along quickly, rather than having to spend time counting up real dice.
Before I created CritDice, my gaming sessions involved a lot of time rolling and counting dice (especially as the night drew on and we became more and more inebriated...). That's time could have been better spent role-playing, killing stuff, and collecting all the phat lewts. Now that my group uses CritDice, we get a lot more done and have more fun.
Here's a quick summary of what CritDice can do:
CritDice is available on Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vuesoft.critdice
There's also a website which provides more information and "how to" guides:

Please let me know what you think!

Here's a quick summary of what CritDice can do:
- Roll any number and combination of dice and modifiers using a simple calculator-style input. The input uses standard dice notation such as d20+8, 4d8+7, 2d12-4d6+2, etc.
- Dice results are should in a large popup window, making it easier for other people at your table to see what you rolled. Tap anywhere to dismiss the results.
- Save and categorize dice input as "favorites", allowing for one-tap rolling.
- View previous rolls in a history list. Items in the history list can be tapped to re-roll.
- Customize dice sounds. For example, when a 20 is rolled on a d20, a special sound effect can be played. The sound effect can be one that comes with CritDice, or any sound effect you've downloaded from another source.
- Optional text-to-speech announcement of roll results.
- User interface follows the Material Design guidelines and is aesthetically pleasing.
