Do you have to know about any application lock screen?
Turn off your screen with just one touch- my applications "Lock screen"

Lock screen is an application best lock screenfor Android support lock screen must not use power button.. It provides both lock screen widget and lock screen shortcut icon for the users to lock and turn off their screen with just one tap on the screen. Double tap on statusbar to screen off- very quick- You don't have to worry your power key breaking down.

I would like to present to you a complete new applications "Volume Unlock"

If your device broken power key, you can use "Volume Unlock"
to instead it. Volume Unlock will help you wake lock screen to you can interaction with screen.
