Please use our forum app to make a channel as you did with your other app. :)
Developer Announcement Procedure
  1. Install the forum app
  2. Sign in to the forum using the app
  3. Goto the forums tab
  4. Select "My Apps & Games"
  5. Select your app from the list
  6. Tap the green icon in the bottom right to start a new thread
  7. Add a thread title / content and hit the post button (right pointing arrow in the top right of the screen)
  8. Once this is done you can use your PC to create or modify threads in your channel

Android forums app crashes when i do step 5 - Select your app from the list
 
Silly question from me... but...

Apart from showing me apps, what does this do that i can't do simply by using the camera app on my phone?

This is not a silly but absolutely correct question!
I will try to give an answer to it:
1) I specially opened the camera on my phone and for 5 minutes I could not find where I can adjust the photosensitivity. I opened the side menu and went through several settings, and so did not find it (although I think it’s there, i just had to spend more time).
In mirror application, this option is right at your fingertips and by turning the slider you can adjust the brightness of the image.
2) Not so critical, but still you need to perform 1 additional action to switch between the cameras to the front from back.
3) The camera application does not have a backlight frame around the image - and in conditions of complete lack of lighting, you will not be able to see your face.
