TV news stations app won't install on device or sd card. Downloads Ok but won't install. Have plenty of free space on device and card. What's wrong?

What are you seeing, "App not installed.", "No free space.", "Could not parse package." etc. Is the app come from Play or Amazon, or somewhere else? What device you got, and what's the name of the TV news app you're trying to install.
