Apps App License Issue - Desperate For Help

Hi all,

I'm desperately looking for some guidance in reference to licensing my app for the play store.

I have created my app and added licensing to it using the guide in the android developer forum (I copied the files into my project source rather than import as a module, and modified the example in the sdk for my app). However, when using the license test response in the developer console I get no response from the app whatsoever.

From what I can gather from my research, it seems that the license testing is hit and miss (?), but i'm worried that if i publish it today without testing it's not going to work.

I would be extremely grateful for any and all advice you can give me.

Can you not publish the app as a beta-test version, and get someone to install and test it?

I use a testing account that I've added as a test user (including the license test response) that is not my developer account. Both beta and alpha testing.
