I mean no offense, just going to be honest with you. I assume you have no affiliation with Gawker Media and/or lifehacker.

As such you can probably expect a Cease and Desist letter from them.

You are also likely to have you Google Checkout and Android Market accounts perma-banned if they get a DMCA for your app.
