app market loading problems

I need some help
For some reason my huawei ascend won't load th app market unless wifi is availabl. I tried turning off my wifi and going on to th market but it won't. My brother has th same phone and has no problem at all loading th market without wifi. What's up with tht?

Look at the top bar make sure that you have a good signal and the 3G is on or 1x
