Purchased the app MoPhotos today but it does not display photos on the Xoom. Didn't figure this out until my 15 min to refund passed. Just a warning to tablet owners.

I believe buyers can send email to the developer to ask for refund if they are not happy. If your reasons are valid I am sure refund will be given. After-all we developers are in it for the long haul and not fly-by-night traders.

I am in for the long run and so far for my app purchase users they have not asked me for refund. I even offer to refund for one buyer who take issue at the way one of my app implement the computer AI.

In the end he did not ask for refund cuz I implement the features he/she wanted. I believe this is what I mean by customer total experience to ensure continued business in future.

Requested refund from both android market and developer-no response from either. Doesn't bode well for the android future when products like mophotos don't deliver and there is no recourse. I'm sure the customers will have the final say by not buying until something is reported reliable.
