How to instaal app. To sd card samsung ace gts 5830

Has your phone been updated to Android 4 or higher? If so, that option no longer exists.

Otherwise, install the app, then go to the menu > applications, select the app, and there should be a move to sd button (greyed-out if the app doesn't support moving to sd).

Hadron has your answer. Unless you have rooted your phone and installed a custom ROM, you're still on 2.3.6/Gingerbread.
