App needed for scrolling Motion Sickness \ Headake

I have been experiencing headaches for the past 2 years, I have narrowed it down to being motion sickness when scrolling various apps such as facebook \ browser on my android phone.

I was thinking about getting a cheap nokia £10 phone to stop the temptation of using facebook, etc. but before I do I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a android app that stopped smooth scrolling to:
-Jump scrolling (a little like old nokia phone)
-Fade (like a Ebook)
-Flip (side to side .. up or down)

I really feel for you mate, but to be honest I think I'd just spend the £10 on the Nokia and use it exclusively for the apps that cause you the motion sickness. Good luck with that!
