Help App not installed for user(Chinese/Japanese/whatever adware) - Coolpad R108

Hello everyone

I've been tasked with ridding my mother's Android of adware. I've searched the internet for various solutions but can't seem to find anything that helps. I have two applications for which I do not have the permission to uninstall them. I've tried the method with opening them in Applications and then going to further settings(the three dot menu) but the three dot menu doesn't exist when you open up apps on a Coolpad R108. I've attached some pics that might help. If anyone has an idea, I would be very grateful

EDIT: Forgot to mention the Android is set to Bosnian so screenshot info may be unclear for some people, if there is need I can switch it to English of course

Try running malware bytes from the play store. That should tell you any apps that are raiding ads or otherwise not playing nice. For apps that won't uninstall, and aren't preloaded by the manufacturer, you may need to remove them from device administrators. If you can't remove them, try rebooting into safe mode and removing the admin rights there.

I've tried with malware bytes but to no avail. I've also tried removing the apps through safe mode. That didn't work but I didn't get the idea of playing around with the admin rights in safe mode so I'll try that when I get the chance Thanks for the reply. I'll post the results as soon as possible.

Try factory reset, and see if the Chinese apps are still there after that. Coolpad is a China phone, they could have been preinstalled bloat.

Booting up in safe mode again doesn't help much. I've tried all of the possible administrator settings but there is no mention of these apps. I may be missing a crucial setting but honestly I've been through all of them without any result. Anyway, thanks for the reply

These apps were surely not preinstalled as the phone didn't have them a month or two ago... I've had issues with apps like these before but none that weren't uninstallable. I guess I'll go with the factory reset as I see no other alternative. Thanks for the help
