I am signed the apk with the same signing certificate as well as increase the version code & version name, but the app is not installed on the device. I don't understant what is the issue?

First of all if it's not from Google play store it's considered a third party app and you will have to enable the Unknown Source option in your device Settings than try installing the apk.
