What apps are these notifications from

I don't recognise any of them specifically, but what they say to me is a shopping app, a contacts app, a heart (which I'll come back to) and a message app.

I assume the heart is your concern, and you aren't confident enough to ask - because that's what 98% of these queries (which we get a lot of) are about. The trouble is that there are an amazing number of types of apps that use hearts, so it's impossible to say very much just from the very generic icon. It could be what you fear. It could also be a fitness app, a "like" from some social media thing, or something less obvious: there are many apps that use the heart as their branding even though that has nothing to do with the function of the app.

Unless someone recognises the specific icon it's pointless to speculate. And that icon is so generic that I doubt anyone will be able to give a definite answer, other than the person whose phone this is.

Actually looking again those aren't even notifications: they are not in a bar at the very top of the screen. It looks more like a widget or bar of app icons, which also explains the consistency of the icon themes.

But if those are from an icon pack then it's impossible for anyone to say what the specific app is, since they won't be the original app icons. I should have spotted this sooner, as it's something I do myself...
