I can disable individual app notifications through Settings/Applications/Application Manager, but they seem to be re-enabled if I restart my Galaxy s5. Is there a way to permanently disable these notifications?
Changes to notifications (allowing/disallowing) in the Application Manager should persist across reboots, and does just that on every device I have had since it became an option. Maybe someone with Samsung-specific experience can provide some insight.
