App Permission Denied

Hi, our drivers are using the app "BigRoad" for driver logs. They are using Insignia tablets with Android 5.0.1. We are getting some call that they are getting "app permission denied" messages when trying to open BigRoad. Any help to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have any security apps installed? that would be blocking it to open. you can always try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keeptruckin.android&hl=en

Might be worth contacting BigRoad tech support about it, it's their app that's having problems, see if they can suggest anything. However I think Insignia are imported budget Chinese tablets, and sometimes these things might be a bit buggy or flaky, or have other quality issues.

If running Marshmallow (Android 6.0.x), check look in system settings under apps... select this app and see if any permissions are blocked.

Edit, whoops, I see you have 5.0.1. Are they rooted by any chance?
