App Question

hey im new to this forum and i must say i like it alot better than others ive been to, im a Blackberry user who just upgraded to the Moto Droid for verizon and ill have it in the next couple of days, ive done my home work before switching and i just wanted a little help id like you opinion on apps what would you all recomend i get, id like free apps but im not against paying for good ones, and by no means do i mean pireted apps just ones that have been posted for free and where to get them too, thanks.

First question: What do you want to do? You will find lots of threads here on all kinds of apps and if you voice particular needs you will get great suggestions.

There's a few threads where people post their "top 5 apps" or something like that. For people to post all their favorite free apps, well, it would take forever, and might not be an app you'd want.

What I do, is read through all these threads, and check out AndroLib, Find all applications and games available in the Android Market for your Android Phone, HTC Dream, HTC Magic etc... to go through those from time to time.
