App Refund

A bought an app called Antitheft, for .99 euro which rounded as my bank of America statement is coming up as 1.26 usa, so I refund and uninstalled it, and in my online banking, I dont see my money from my refund

what gives? please and thank you

Not 100% sure why you refunded.

Was it because the euro to dollar exchange rate was more than you expected?
