App refusing to download user created data

hi, i am using a @android navigation app with paid subscription and they are not allowing me to download my data which i have created (waypoints and Tracks). Is there any google privacy policy/terms and condition, so i can show them to allow me to get my data.

I'm not aware of any Android-wide policy which requires third-party app developers to release to you the data you created within their app.
