App Request: Bluetooth Heartbeat

Hello All,

I'm not sure if this format is correct. If not, please forgive me.

Issue:
Bluetooth speakers need a heartbeat signal to keep them alive and connected with the phones.

Requirements:
Application shouldn't have a screen/activity - run as a service
Application should first check if a Bluetooth speaker is connected. If no, then exit.
Application should close automatically when Bluetooth speaker is disconnected.
Application should play a White Noise OGG file continuously in endless loop.
Application may use only Toast notifications for displaying messages on startup/exit.
Application should show a notification bar icon when running.
