App requires Android 10 & up

I need to load an App that requires Android 10 and up. My Galaxy Note 8 is running Android 9, and from what I can tell via a Google search, is not upgradeable to Android 10. Are there any solutions for my situation? Thanks.
 
Thanks for the suggestion... unfortunately the subject lines of those threads might as well be in Klingon! I can't make head or tail of any of it! I guess I'll have to make do without this app.
