Help App shortcuts delete themselves

its only been the ones in the app tray at the bottom of the screen that get deleted. If anyone has a fix or suggestions thats would be great. Or even if someone has the same problem we could compare and norrow down the problem. Im on galaxy s3, jelly bean, rooted.

I guess it has only been when I lock the screen and turn it back on. It just happened a second ago so a example would be I unlocked my phone and my messages had been replaced with the phone app which is a first. So far its only been removing apps not adding as well.

Are you running a 3rd party launcher (Apex, Nova, etc.)? Many 3rd party launchers have multiple dock pages you can swipe left and right to get to. Maybe you swiped to an empty page on your dock.

Nope, no 3rd party launcher. I just rooted and got titanium backup to get rid of bloatware put on my phone from my carrier amd some samsung ones.
