App that can understand touchtones

My husband can read touchtones (he is blind), if you press anything he knows what it is .. is there an app that can do this? something like soundhound for touchtones?

I haven't actually tried either one, but these two apps sound like they'll do what you want:

P.S. If you want to look for others, search for "DTMF" (dual-tone multi-frequency). Touch-tone is a registered trademark of AT&T.
