App that dims screen but prevents locking while on phone

I'm so sick of getting done with a call and I have to unlock my screen just hang up. I'm especially annoyed about this when I'm leaving a message for somebody and I have a few second delay before ending. Here is my request in detail:

- App causes screen to only dim but not lock during a call
- After the call ends, the screen timeout counter resumes
- This can apply either to the phone apparently only or can possibly add other apps to a list.
