Help App that enables & disables 4G/Mobile Data automatically

I currently own a Samsung Galaxy S3 Smartphone and I'm looking for an app that enables 4G/Mobile Data when I access any apps that require it (Internet, Facebook, eBay, Play Store, etc...) and disables it seconds after I exit any apps that require Mobile Data to work.

Does such an app exist at all?

Please help me with this.

I would suggest maybe tasker? I know this not what you asking for but this app helps out my battery greatly! It turns off data/wifi when screen is off. It's called "Screen off internet off" search market

You could use NFC tags to do such a thing manually.. I use an app called trigger to do something similar when I get in range of my wifi network. Also have an nfc tag on my keychain for when I go places, and another tag on my desk for when im home.

You might not be aware but apps can stay open in the background for days or more. It would not be nearly as effective as you are expecting.

EDIT; NFC tags are limited when you do not have root. If you have root you can have nfc tags work even when the screen is off and use them to unlock the phone.
