Help App that notify when your phone is out of reach?

I read some articles on the weblog and saw that there is a new app for Apple Watch called Lookout that lets you know when your iPhone is out of reach. I think this is something that will be useful if you happen to misplace your phone.

Is there anything similar to this app but for Android? I lost my Samsung once and I don't want that to happen again :(

I have my watch set as a trusted device. If my phone gets too far away from my watch my watch vibrates and my phone locks. No app needed (Moto 360 and Moto X '14). It's a great feature.

Or, do you have an Apple watch and Android phone?

Under what category or keyword? I used to use AlarmApart. It's no longer available. WearAware and Atooma do absolutely nothing. I've tried searching for bluetooth alarm, bluetooth connection and bluetooth proximity and none return a single thing. I've tried searching for WearAware alternatives and nothing is returned. I can't believe that no-one else ever forgets their phone and wants a reminder, but I can't find a thing.
