App that will launch another app upon bluetooth connect?

Looking for a way that I can just take my pocketed droid out to my car, hit connect on the car menu and have pandora start up automatically.

Anything that does anything like this?

Also some way for bluetooth to come on automatically when it loses the connection to my home router would be cool too.

Setting Profiles will do what you want to do. It's the only app I've paid for and it's definitely worth the $3.95. There's a free version but it only lets you use one rule at a time.
