App to allow lock screen text?

I have an HTC One M7, and want to be able to write a few words on my lock screen, for example a contact detail in case my phone goes missing. Since my phone is locked, someone who finds my phone and wants to return it won't be able to access my locked phone to search for friend or family numbers, etc.

Does anyone know any apps that could allow me to write something?

Client Cerberus – Control remotely

When the screen is locked or unlocked you can send a message from your desktop to the device and it will be displayed full screen. It can have as much detail as you want.

(You could also tell where it is and track its movement. You could also take a remotely requested picture from the front or back camera.)

Or a low tech solution is to add the text to an image and use that as your lockscreen wallpaper
