App to Block Inter Access

Im Looking for an app that can block all communication to the internet so I don't waste my mb usage. I already had to pay 15 extra on, Im not willing to make it 30. So is there a way to stop apps or any thing on the phone to stop any type of internet access at will? Cause there are sometime I do want to use it, and at time I dont.

Or are there settings to turn off things like that?

Menu-settings-wireless and networks. Turn off Mobile Data, and turn on wifi when in range. You can also put a widget on your home screen to do this without having to go through the menus.

Juice Defender will turn off all data unless you are actively doing stuff, you might try that?

Tasker can do this as well as Settings Profiles. However, the simplest way by far is just to hold down the power button and turn of Mobile Network.
