App to forward calls when connected to Bluetooth device

Well, the title says it all. Search didn't come up with anything useful, the tasking apps I've found don't cone with such a feature. Either ability to read bluetooth connectivity status or forward calls, not both in one package. Any help?

That sounds like something tasker would to with some work. Are you looking to forward calls when connected to any bluetooth device, or a particular one?
