App to manage call usage??

Is there an app (or even a setting on the Desire itself) that can keep a track of the outgoing calls duration and total on my phone?

I've recently dropped from 600 to 300 minutes and want to make sure I dont go over my allocation in the same way the "3G" app tracks my internet usage!

I don't have a minute limited plan and I can check my own usage online, but I have been told that DroidStats does a decent job and has some useful widgets if that is your thing:

Stats from the market will do it and it will do sms and data & wifi as well. Only prob is its not a widget.

Im using tariff water widget - its a widget and is very basic (just goes off your call logs) but it looks nice with sense, fits in very well.

Dev seems quite active, hoping he'll give it more functionality in future.
