App to manage connections individually?

I'd like to know if there is any application, that will let me manage connections for every application individually - I'm planning to get a GPRS connection, but it will be limited to 50MB per month, so app that would let me use GPRS only with, let's say, IM and IRC clients and leave rest to WiFi would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything like this?
