Does anyone know a good reliable app to mirror an iPad and iPhone on an OTT TV Box?

Hmm.... You may need to jailbreak to do this but...

You could try running a vnc server on the iOS devices and then a vnc client on the ott box and do it that way

There are lots Apps out there like 'Reflector', but I'm having issues with that particular App.
