App To Play Custom Sounds?

I'm trying to find a very simple app that lets me attach a sound to a button, and play that sound by clicking the button.

I have found plenty of apps with built-in sound effects, but none of them seem to let you add your own sounds. I've also tried Googling this information, but every result is for Android developers, telling them how to add sound effects to their applications.

Does anyone here know of a simple, free app that will accomplish what I'm trying to do? Thanks.

This is a good question. Anyone? Anyone? Best thing I can think of is making a mp3 file and playing the mp3 file. Unless you wanna play the sound over the phone.
