App to set ringtones for Texts

So i need an good app that i can set an mp3 i downloaded form myxer to a ring tone for getting text messages also , is there an app that the phone can vibrate a little longer when receiving a text message

Yep. It will also let you set the tones, background pics, icons, and led color, per contact.

Handcent is the way to go.... One reason I decided on a smart phone was the handcent app. It allows you to set a different ringtone for each contact.
