App to share files with iPhone

OK, OK, call me an infidel, but I do have a friend who has an iPhone.

The other day I took some video, and wanted to share it, but it was too big to fit in an email message

Would a file sharing app via bluetooth work?

anyone has any experience?

the two apps i have heard of are bump or hoccer , i have used bump and shared a contact with my friends iphone
