App to stop someone from using your phone

I was wondering if there was an app to stop your phone from texting a certain number. I have a friend who has had to move in with me and has to have access to my phone. However, she continues to text someone who she does not need to be texting. This is someone in my family, so I want them to be able to call and text my phone if they need to. However, I do not want her to be able to text them from my phone. Is there an app to put a password on a certain contact so that you have to have that password before texting or calling them?

or set password to SMS application (then she'll be unable to send SMS at all) :
