App to take pictures at regular intervals

I'm looking for an app that can take a picture every 60 seconds and save it to an SD card. (It would be nice if it could do all this without keeping the screen on and wasting battery life, but at this point I'll happily give up on that if I can just get something that works.) I assumed this would be easy to find on Google Play; it's not.

If I search for "time lapse" I get hundreds of terrible apps that take videos and none that take pictures.
If I search for "timer" I get hundreds of terrible apps that take a photo on a timer but can only do it once.
If I search for "surveillance" I get hundreds of terrible apps that stream video to a remote system but can't save images locally.

Does anyone know a program that can do what I want, or even just a better search term?

It seems that you are looking for a spy app, I remember there are apps that can do it while the screen is off but they aren't free and most of the apps only work on rooted devices.

I used to have a silent camera app, it was programmable for how many seconds between shots, but it seems to have been erased from my phone :(
